Dry Cleaning

We perform professional dry cleaning on the premises.  We care for casual wear, business attire, formal wear, blankets and drapes.  Every item is thoroughly inspected, carefully treated for spot removal as required, cleaned and beautifully pressed.

We also offer eco-friendly garment bags for purchase (very reasonably priced).  If you don’t like the plastic bags, this is a great alternative!  The bags are long-lasting and washable.  See the Photo Gallery Page for a picture of the bag.

Same Day Service

Need your order finished quickly?  Drop off by 9:00 am and pick up by 4:00 pm.

During the fall and spring months, we recommend that you call us first to find out if we can accommodate same day service.

Seasonal Storage

Do you have limited closet or storage space for your off-season clothing?  Box storage is the solution.  Garments are maintained in our acid neutral storage boxes and once it is seasonally appropriate, they are prepared for you to pick up.

24 Hour Drop Off

Want more flexibility?  Our 24 hour chute allows you to drop off cleaning based on your schedule. Pick up a complimentary “Chappaqua Cleaners & Tailors” laundry bag from us.  We will tag it with your information and then show you how easy the chute is to use.

Wash and Fold

Are you struggling to find the time to do laundry regularly?  Has your washing machine broken down?  We can help with our wash and fold service.  Items are first weighed, then washed, dried and neatly folded. Price is by the pound (does include sheets, pillow cases and towels but not bulky household items which are priced separately).

FREE & CLEAR detergent can be used, upon request. Standard turnaround time is 2 days. Includes FREE pickup and delivery.

Our grandfather left Naples, Italy with ten cents, a thimble and a belief in the American dream.  He opened his own tailoring shop in Chappaqua in 1934.  Ninety years later, the Magnotta family continues to offer this service.  Let us help you feel wonderful about how your clothes fit!

Our expert seamstress performs the following alterations on the premises:
